Spa Etiquette & Client Policies

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and take a few moments to relax before your treatment begins.

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next guest. We’ll always do our best to provide a full experience whenever possible.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointments are reserved especially for you, and we value your time as much as our team’s.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide the appropriate notice so we can offer the time to another guest and ensure smooth scheduling for all clients.

  • Single services require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Spa packages with two or more services and group bookings of two or more guests require a 50% deposit to confirm the appointment and also 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule..

  • Cancellations made within the notice period or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a 50% service fee, which will be deducted from the downpayment or applied to your next visit.

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments (no-shows)may be asked to prepay for future bookings.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client.

  • We understand that life happens — in cases of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to maintain the exceptional service and relaxation experience all our guests deserve.



Health Conditions & Consultations

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. This helps our therapists customize your experience and ensure your safety and comfort.

 

Attire & Comfort

For pedicure services, we recommend open-toe shoes and loose-fitting clothing that allows access up to the knee. During all treatments, your comfort is our priority — you will be properly draped at all times.

 

Spa Environment

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile devices and speak softly within spa areas.

 

Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables secured and with you at all times. The spa cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

 

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and spa packages make wonderful presents and can be purchased at our front desk or online. Please note that they are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. 

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our service prices. If you wish to leave a tip as a token of appreciation for your therapist, it is always welcomed and appreciated.

 

Children & Guests

To preserve the spa experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain at home unless otherwise approved.

 

Your Experience Matters

Your satisfaction is our priority. If at any point you feel uncomfortable during your service, please let your therapist know immediately so we can make adjustments and ensure you leave feeling completely relaxed and renewed.
