Booking and Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.

Reservations

Advanced booking prior to arrival is recommended to secure the preferred date and time of treatment during the spa’s daily opening hours on Mon- Fri from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Check In
- We ask that you arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However,the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply,so please plan accordingly.

Spa promotions
- Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.

Late Arrivals
- Life complications sometimes lead to late arrival. However,as a courtesy to following guests late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Gift Certificates
- Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the gift certificate value. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the value of the Gift Certificate. Gift certificates expire one(1) year from the date of purchase. Lost and stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. They are non-refundable.

No Shows
- Appointments missed without notice would be charged 100% of the treatment booked.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

The J Spa & Wellness Centre accepts cash, debit cards and credit cards only. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hrs before previously scheduled appointments.

Cancellations
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.Cancellations less than 1 hour would result in 100% of the service value.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any multiple services, group appointments or spa treatment packages must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or spa treatment packages not cancelled 48hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
-Spa parties of 4 persons or more who have booked the spa for the day , the booking must be held with a credit card. Cancellation for this type of booking must be done 72hours before your scheduled spa party to avoid being charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Prices and services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Spa services already taken cannot be refunded.

Series of treatments
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for products or spa credit of equal or lesser value.

Return Policy
In the event that you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them defective,we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase. For cash refunds, the returned product must unopened and in it's original packaging. Gift certificates and Spa Services rendered are final sale and cannot be refunded.
